Presently we mainly engage in research and development of special function textile and textile mechanical and electronical products, and have the designated production license of special functional textiles and import and export independent operation qualification, and have a group of senior researchers. Shaanxi Yuanfeng Textile Technology Research Co., Ltd. is a high and new technology enterprise and it is certificated by the Department of Science and Technology of Shaanxi Province. For recent years, we are in charge of revision of the national standards of anti-static fabrics and anti-static work wears, and successfully developed a series of the international advanced “Fangke”Brand function textile products, such as anti-static, anti-electromagnetic radiation, oil proof and water repellence and so. Anti-static products were awarded the Product Qualified Certificate by China Center of Labor Protection Products Quality Supervision and Inspection and also obtained ‘2008 Best-selling Fabric Technology Innovation Prize’. We made great efforts and successfully independently developed the Aramid High Performance Series Textile Products, which can reach the internationally advanced and domestic leading levels. The project obtained the second prize of Science & Technology Progress Prize of China Textile Industry Association, and the products were widely used in aviation, oil industry, army, fire fighting areas etc.
The company has a complete system of technology development and innovation, and advanced science research, production and inspection ways. We own completely new hardware facilities which are composed by new high speed warping machines, high speed sizing machines, mechanical & electronic advanced rapier looms, and special finishing equipments, and we also equipped with advanced automatic small sample looms and Japanese 4D-box CAD system, and imported dyeing, samples-making system. Shaanxi Province Textiles Quality Supervision Inspection & Test Center that was established in Shaanxi Textile Science Research Institute is the Third-Party Notary Qualified provincial inspection institution, which guaranteed the technological levels and high qualities of the products. |
